The buidling consists of two parts. The outer skin on the one hand protects against sun, water and wind. The inner building shell on the other hand is designed as main thermal envelope and allows comfortable temperatures in the living space. The construction of both elements are independent to each other. The living module consists of a double layered membrane which creates a first thermal separation. It creates a pre-zone to the exteriour landscape. On warm summer days the southern facade will be openable completely. During other seasons the climate can be regulated via natural ventilation in the membrane.
